- An articulating gland prevents stem binding and galling
during adjustments ensuring

- Live loading on the packing assures sealing even when the
packing consolidates over time. Unlike many competitors who
charge for this option live loading
is a standard feature on the Vulcan Valve.
- A unique stem and bearing isolation system means proper
alignment of the stem and body and assures a
leak free seal.
- Stem retention system prevents stem from being "pushed
down" which helps ensure ball /
