Signature Series Valves
Metal and Ceramic Seated Ball Valves featuring patented sealing technology.
Taking Sealing to its Practical Limits
The Signature Series Valve represents the State of the Art in Ball
Valve Technology. The Signature Series Valve was engineered for lethal
environments such as Phosgene where zero leakage is an absolute
requirement.

Signature Series Features
- Computer optimization guarantees the best possible design for a
given envelope. The in-house developed optimization software ensures a
maximum Cv while balancing user requirements against ANSI codes and 25
years of ball valve design experience.
- CoorsTek TTZ Ceramic
ball and seat provide outstanding strength and are inert to many lethal
chemicals including phosgene. Extensive research in the design of valve
balls with Coors Ceramics Company evolved into the current design
criteria we employ for all our ceramic trim.
- Optional high alloy trim when ceramic is inappropriate.
- A Patented Sealing Stem eliminates
leaking through the stem area. The Signature Series Valve has
been tested with no packing in place to validate the integrity of the
Patented Sealing Stem.
- The mate lapped ball and seats are tested with both low pressures
and high pressure gasses. NDE of the sealing surfaces are
performed in addition to the pressure testing before the valve is fully
assembled. Every valve is tested after final assembly to ensure a
perfect zero-bubble leak every time.
- A unique floating ball design allows bi-directional bubble-tight sealing even during flow reversal.
- SST valves have been in operation for over a year in a phosgene
environment. We have one of the worlds first high pressure (1500#
Class) ceramic ball valves in operation today.
